The 19-year-old Swede TOVE ALEXANDERSSON has gained the Junior World Championship medals both in orienteering and ski-orienteering. Though still a junior, she has been chasing seniors at the WOC and World Cup races. Not any differently will it happen during the EOC in Dalarna…
How has your training for the EOC been going on? I know the terrain in Dalarna well and trained some sessions in similar terrain during the autumn and have planned to run some more trainings there before the EOC.

What are your plans for the upcoming weeks until the EOC starts? Are you planning any special kind of training with the EOC focus? I will be in Dalarna the last weeks before the EOC and train in similar terrain.
If one says Dalarna, what comes to your mind first? Dalarna is home for me.
How do you like the terrain in Dalarna? Does it suit you? I like the terrain in Dalarna and specially the EOC-terrain. I think it will suit me well.
The EOC programme includes 7 races within 7 days. Are you planning to run all disciplines? I will not run all races because I think it’s a too hard program.
In which disciplines do you think you have the highest chance for the top result? Is that discipline also your most favourite one? I think the middle is my best distance and my favourite. But I like the other disciplines also and hope to be able to perform well there too.

What do you expect from the EOC? Nice terrain and challenging courses.
Is there anything you perceive as particularly challenging in regard to the EOC taking place on home ground? It’s the same for everyone but I think it will be more media than I’m used to.
