ETOC

Please note that the entry of athletes to the European TempO Trophy and a seeding list  shall be submitted by email to Johan Steffansson steffansson.j@telia.com no later than May 12 at 24:00. The entry is regarded as accepted only if confirmed (you get a confirmation of acceptation on the email address you sent the entry from).
In order to make a fair starting list for the TempO competition we ask that all teams  make a seeding list of all competitors, according to the following scheme:
Group 1: (The four best competitors in your team)
Group 2: (No 5-8 in your team)
Group 3: (No 9-12 in your team)

Entry of teams to ETOC Day2 should be submitted to the event office (in the arena Competition Day 1 or earlier), in writing on a specific form, no later than May 19 at 14:00.

Public events
Saturday and Sunday, the same courses as ETOC. First start 14:00.
Entry fee: 140SEK/day. Participants from countries other than Sweden pay in the arena on the day of the competition.
Entries should be made via Eventor: Day 1 (Saturday)  & Day 2 (Sunday)
Deadline May 2 (normal entry) and May 16 (late entry, 50% extra entry fee)
You have to register first to be able to make an entry via Eventor. Participants who need help in order to push a wheelchair and/or punch should mention it during the registration process.
It is also possible to test the European TempO Trophy course, after the finished competition (cost: 7 euro). No results will be calculated.

How to get to Dalarna and to Event Office (Hotel Grand Falun)

 

Transport during ETOC
Transport will be provided on request:
1. From Falun/Borlänge to CC on model day and back.
2. From Falun/Borlänge to CC on Tempo and back.
3. From Falun/Borlänge to CC day 1 and back.
4. From Falun/Borlänge to CC day 2 and back.
Transports are adapted for all wheelchair users.
The cost is 40 euro for the whole transport package.
Please note that we arrange this service only from an accommodation reserved via our partner Visit Södra Dalarna.  Visit Södra Dalarna must be informed about your transportation needs during the reservation process. Please, contact us as soon as possible if you want to order transport (info@eoc2012.se).

 

Weather

 

Eligibility for paralympic class
Athletes entering the paralympic class must have a valid eligibility certificate. Applications for eligibility for the paralympic class must be made at least 8 weeks before the competition. More information about eligibility certificate.
